Are your products safe and durable?
Yes! PLA is non-toxic and safe for everyday use. Our items are designed for decorative and practical use around the home and are built to last. That said, avoid exposing them to extreme heat or direct sunlight for long periods, as this can weaken the material over time.
Why do some products have layer lines?
Layer lines are a natural part of the 3D printing process. They’re formed as the printer builds up the object layer by layer. While we take great care to ensure our prints are smooth and high quality, these subtle lines are part of the charm—and proof that every item is individually made.
Do you paint or finish the items?

Can I customise a product?

How long does it take to make and ship my order?
Our standard turnaround time is 2–5 business days for printing, followed by shipping via Royal Mail. If it’s a larger or custom order, we’ll let you know if it takes a bit longer. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as it’s on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We’re based in the UK but ship worldwide. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but we always pack your items securely and ship with care.
Are 3D printed products eco-friendly?
