We offer free delivery within the UK on selected small items, including bookmarks, keyrings, and miniatures. For all other products, shipping costs are calculated at checkout, free delivery is available on orders over £50. We use reliable couriers, including Royal Mail, Evri, and Yodel, to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Tracking is added to larger orders and orders over £50s. Free delivery items will be sent using 2nd Class Royal Mail.

We ship worldwide using tracked international services for peace of mind. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply in their country. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by customs or local postal services once your order has been dispatched.

All items are made to order, and we aim to dispatch within 3–5 working days. During busy periods or for larger items, this may be slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

📦 Returns 📦

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. If you’d like to return an item, please contact us first. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, and all items must be returned in their original, unused condition. If an item is returned damaged or not in its original state, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please return items using a tracked service to avoid any issues with lost parcels. Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we’ll process your refund.

As all products are made to order, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. However, if there is an issue with your order, please get in touch. We’re always happy to help resolve any problems where possible.
